Before You Start

Questions About Dispatch?

How much does dispatch service cost?

Pricing is customized to your equipment, fleet size and operating plan. We confirm the percentage and all terms before onboarding.

Do you force dispatch?

No. You review each opportunity and decide whether to approve or pass.

What equipment do you work with?

We support common equipment including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Step Deck, Power Only and Box Truck, subject to current lane and broker fit.

Can I choose my loads and lanes?

Yes. We build the search around your preferred lanes, availability and operating limits.

Do I need an active MC authority?

Active authority is normally required to haul brokered freight. New authorities can contact us for setup guidance and realistic next steps.

How quickly can we start?

Once your authority, insurance and onboarding information are ready, a dispatcher reviews your operation and confirms the start plan.

What documents are required?

We begin with contact, authority, equipment and lane details. Sensitive documents are requested later through a secure onboarding process.

Is there a contract?

Service terms, cancellation conditions and pricing are reviewed clearly before you decide to proceed.
