Consent to Communications
When you submit a form and provide consent, you authorize SMX Dispatch to contact you about the requested services by phone, email or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are responsible for charges from their mobile provider.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@smxdispatch.com. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent where permitted.
Privacy
Communication data is handled according to the SMX Dispatch Privacy Policy and is not sold for third-party marketing.
