The website provides general information about professional truck dispatch services. Submitting a form does not create a dispatch agreement or guarantee acceptance as a client.
No Guarantees
SMX Dispatch does not guarantee loads, rates, income, broker acceptance or business results. Freight availability depends on market conditions, equipment, authority status, insurance, lanes and other factors.
Service Agreements
Pricing, included services, cancellation terms and onboarding requirements are confirmed in a separate agreement before services begin.
